Feel the sun on your skin, breathe in the fresh morning air, and move with purpose. These outdoor yoga sessions are the perfect way to start your Saturday—building strength, stamina, and inner calm.

Each class kicks off with energizing vinyasa flow to raise your heart rate and body heat, then shifts into deep, grounding yin stretches to help you reset from the inside out. For all levels and all bodies. All you need is a mat and a water bottle.

Location: Olmsted Park, The Town Of Mt Laurel (next to the swingset)

Time: 9:00 AM (1-hour class)

Cost: First class is FREE, then just $10/class

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, towel for sweat
